Stop procrastinating

During one of our sessions, one of my clients tells me that he lacks energy, feels tired and is unable to move forward with the launch of his business.

I listen to him and I hear a lot of “I must” or “it is necessary”.
Who is speaking? Him or someone else?

Our life choices and behaviours are not always our own. Unconsciously they are the result of our education, family or school, of our faith or spirituality, of our social environment …

And at certain times in our lives, it all comes up against who we are at that moment.
For example, being free is important to me. Yet, at this moment, this need comes up against my strong need for security and contribution.
The way we live the events of our lives leads us to look differently at our needs.
It is an experience that can be difficult and lead us to either procrastination or a sense of loss of meaning.

The solution? Find your why, your motivation, your values.
This is what I propose in my new coaching programmes that you can find on my platform.

My client was delighted to take stock of his values, strengths and motivations and to finally define his path.
And you, what is your method to stop procrastinating?
